Attention is given to postural alignment, moving with the breath and deep relaxation along with an introduction to yogic philosophy. Hatha yoga in the west is known for learning the fundamentals of a yoga practise, so this class is suitable for beginners or advanced practitioners wishing to refresh their knowledge.
