Resistance bands are a highly versatile tool for both home and gym-based workouts.
In this 30minute class, we'll learn how to stimulate the muscles and work through controlled, full-range movements by creating tension with elastic bands. They only stretch and feel 'heavy' when we ask them to, which makes working with bands a super opportunity to increase muscular endurance and pliability for all fitness levels.
This full-body class will cover a fun array of fundamental movements, giving you the skills and knowledge to use these effectively anywhere, anytime.
