Online Class
Join Cally for a 30 minutes Tabata Style Strength and Cardio class. This will be a combo of cardio-based and strength-based exercises. A dumbbell/kettlebell/weighted plate will be useful for some exercises or even grabbing a household item (2litre bottle filled with water or washing detergent bottle). Cally will accommodate for those relying just on bodyweight!
